On December 7, the StarLine held a science and technology conference for Partners from Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Italy and the UK. We welcomed our visitors by providing excursions to smart manufacturing lines and StarLine laboratory; presentations of new equipment, familiarising them with our progressive technologies of unmanned driving, andproviding useful practical exercises.

Regarding the recent travel of our Autonomous driving vehicle across Russia, the Partners were interested in what technologies from the StarLine ScPA arsenal formed the basis of this research project. An exciting lecture on the successes and difficulties of Russian developers was impressive. Already, the Autonomous driving car can drive in the absence of road marking and in active urban traffic. Systems of localisation and perception of the environment are being perfected. Also, we are working hard on developing our competency in the field of high-precision digital maps for routing

Big interest was expressed towards the novelties in security and telematic equipment: smart systems StarLine B96 BT GSM + GPS, trackers StarLine M18 Pro, control modules for starting pre-heaters StarLine M36 and other models.

Our specialists focused on the progressive services: diagnostics and monitoring. Partners appreciated the wide possibilities of devises for commercial monitoring and the long term use of StarLine Autopark as a gift!

“How to fight hijacking and theft around the world?” - this question was thoroughly covered during the presentation of our research and development department of the StarLine ScPA. 

Having opened the topic of safety, the experts turned to questions of comfort, important for car owners. By having Flexible Logic, the 6th generation equipment has almost endless potential! A smart climate, a “Start-Stop” button instead of a regular key, auto-tuning of mirrors and seats, turning on the DVR upon an alarm signal, starting the engine upon your approach - this and much more makes a standard car much more comfortable. Partners discussed some smart solutions. “The StarLine Master program is just an installer paradise,” they concluded.

Then our Partners visited the automated and robotic production of StarLine ScPA in Janino, near Sankt-Peterspurg. This is where smart and reliable security is born. The guests learned about the rapid expansion in 2018 of the production of electronics, plastic products, and cable assembly. They were impressed of multi-level quality control. We noted the fantastic performance of the equipment as well: up to 1,500,000 electronic components are installed on the lines every hour!

Many have stated the efficiency of the plastic production: it not only covers the company's needs, but also offers services internationally.

At the end of the meeting, Partners noted: “Starline is on a big scale! It offers the most advanced technologies in the world community, smart products and services, effective work in the regions; and it has its own Security Academy, which enhances the professional level of craftsmanship. Starline focuses on our future generations as well, by organizing Charity projects for youth aimed at the development of science.
