Did you know remote start doesn't have to depend on three Lock presses?

StarLine starts the engine from the factory remote by 3x Lock presses, like everyone else — and by any other combination you define yourself.
Which is what saves the job on cars that stop reacting on Lock once they're armed.
3x presses of Lock on the factory remote is the industry standard, and StarLine supports it out of the box like everyone else. The trouble is the cars where it can't work: on many vehicles, once the car is armed, further Lock presses are simply not passed on, only Unlock is. There is nothing left for the system to react to, and a product with that combination hard-wired into it has nowhere to go. The answer becomes "this car isn't supported".
With StarLine it doesn't have to be. Flexible Logic lets you define your own sequence alongside the standard one : unlock–lock–unlock-lock, lock–unlock–lock, whatever this particular car actually reports and have it trigger the same remote start scenario. The factory combination stays available; you are adding a route, not replacing one.
So the car adapts to what it can do, instead of your work stopping at what it can't. And since the sequence is yours to choose, you can pick one the owner will never produce by accident.
