No laptop on site? The unit still gets configured.  StarLine Master program runs on your phone: the unit connects through an ordinary USB OTG adapter and runs off the phone's own power.

Everyone knows the desktop route: StarLine Master on Windows or Mac, the unit on USB, all the sections in front of you. It works, and it is still the comfortable way to do a full configuration.

What a lot of installers have never heard is that the same thing runs from a phone. StarLine Master exists as a mobile app, and the unit connects to the phone through an ordinary USB OTG adapter. the phone powers the processor side of the unit off its own, so nothing else is needed. Same sections, same settings.

Every installer carries a phone. Not every installer carries a laptop, and almost nobody carries one out to a car in the yard. One cheap adapter in the toolbox removes that dependency entirely, the unit gets configured wherever it happens to be.
